We need to do branding updates for 9.9

We have now branched for our 9.8 release, so main is effectively our 9.9 branch. Take a look at the PR https://github.com/dotnet/extensions/pull/6573 where we did branding updates for 9.8, and do the equivalent changes now for 9.9.
