I'm confused. The title says "ARM" but amd64 Dockerfiles are being updated. |

Sorry, that was unclear. Runtime is making this change to fix an issue that occurs on ARM64 but they're changing the linker used across all architectures (https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/pull/52244/files#diff-36ef498ca978a03472b1216f6e3c603e6e3950d27bc7f70972c078b444f5e8b9R108). |
