@dotnet/prodconsvcs the WIndows build is failing with error:

D:\a_work\1\s\artifacts\source-built-sdks\Microsoft.DotNet.Arcade.Sdk\tools\Sign.proj(76,5): error SIGN004: Signing 3rd party library 'D:\a_work\1\s\src\sdk\artifacts\tmp\Release\ContainerSigning\4919\filjxfLkRBSgsCFFN3j3D6q_5m24kI/Spectre.Console.dll' with Microsoft certificate 'MicrosoftDotNet500'. The library is considered 3rd party library due to its copyright: 'Patrik Svensson, Phil Scott, Nils Andresen, Cédric Luthi, Frank Ray'.

But I think it was supposed to be fixed by

[release/10.0.2xx] Add signing info for Spectre.Console.dll #3655

I tried merging the latest 10.0.2xx commits back into this PR, but it's still failing with the same error.
