OpenSSL Missing in Containers Used for SB Signed VMR Legs #2022
Description
The Install MicroBuild plugin task is currently failing in some signed VMR legs due to a missing openssl executable:
##[error]Error: Unable to locate executable file: 'openssl'. Please verify either the file path exists or the file can be found within a directory specified by the PATH environment variable. Also check the file mode to verify the file is executable.
A new version of the plugin was deployed today. This new version requires that openssl be installed.
