Encode Reverse PInvoke frame stack slot in GCInfo #2115
Description
The GCInfo has space and encoding for reverse PInvoke frame slot. The JIT needs to set it, so that RyuJITT CodeManager can use it.
(Look for TODO link to this issue on where this needs to be fixed.)
