Pull Request Overview
This PR updates multiple Microsoft.Build version numbers in the Versions.props file to fix a CG alert.
- Upgraded MicrosoftBuildVersion, MicrosoftBuildFrameworkVersion, and MicrosoftBuildTasksCoreVersion to 17.8.29.
- Updated MicrosoftBuildUtilitiesCoreVersion in two places.
