PCS Scenario tests are not cleaning up properly

PCS Scenario tests aren't deleting the branches they're opening PRs from, for example https://github.com/maestro-auth-test/maestro-test2/pull/24758. Subscription was deleted, target branch too, but the source PR branch remained open
