To double check:
I was trying to use the internal sdk, and some steps failed because the tools restore wasn't able to restore the sdk. By passing the variables
-runtimeSourceFeedand-runtimeSourceFeedKeythe script will be able to restore from the internal location as a fallback.IT works with public to as thats the first check it will try.
