Expand the Runtime checks to be more comprehensive. Commit dbc971f fixed the Runtime check tests, but this commit updates the test to test a few more senarios. These senarios include changes in `$(DebugSymbols)` `$(DebugType)`.

Expand the Runtime checks to be more comprehensive. Commit dbc971f fixed the Runtime check tests, but this commit updates the test to test a few more senarios. These senarios include changes in `$(DebugSymbols)` `$(DebugType)`.
