…d runtimes We are currently producing non-working `arm` and `x86` packs for CoreCLR and NativeAOT. We don't have support for these RIDs from dotnet/runtime either, so let's stop producing them. I also removed `@(_AndroidRuntimeNames)`, as nothing was using it.

I see less runtime packs now: 
And everything seems to be working so far, I just reran some lanes that timed out. |
