This is just a TODO task for anyone that wants to better align the helm config with our current docs advice for PROXY protocol.

There has been previous discussion on such, and I'm open to updating our docs advice too, but main reasoning is better consistency. There is no rush to resolve this task, it may become redundant in future should someone get around to implementing the DMS feature request 👍
