- Test 130(setup.sh add user) has been fixed(should be more reliable
- Test 132(setup.sh update user) fixed (was always comparing against an empty variable)
- Testing against password hashes only, not against a successful connect.
- Modified updatemailuser and addmailuser to work better with setup.sh (Shell expansion sometimes really suck)
- Introduced password prompt in updatemailuser if password wasn't provided as an argument.
- Changed documentation accordingly
