Description
This PR removes Pyzor and Razor, which are not actually in use according to #4351. This change also simplifies the build process again.
Fixes #4351
UPDATE: Pyzor was found to be still working, however it would ignore any digest with high report/whitelist counts and the project itself seems to lack proper maintenance.
