Description

Clear 3 tasks off of #3249:

  1. revise links in (Rspamd) docs
  2. added information about soft_reject_on_timeout
  3. added ENABLE_POLICYD_SPF=0 to basic Rspamd setup docs

Each of these got a separate commit.

As it's just rspamd docs, I can come back to review later and raise any concerns as a new issue or review feedback.

So I'll provide a lazy approval based on that 😅
