Description

I updated from Ubuntu 20.04 to Ubuntu 22.04 which should be fairly stable by now. Moreover, I adjusted the ubuntu-latest images to also use ubuntu-22.04, which is the same for now, but I like uniformity and I think pinning is a good idea.
