Hello I'm trying to move a repository into Docker Cloud. All my
repositories are failing with a 'tar' command error.

The Error:
tar: .meteor/packages/babel-compiler: Directory renamed before its
status could be extracted
tar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors

I've searched online and there are no answers. Even on Docker's github
moby/moby#19647
