Information

Reproducible:

• Upgrade from 4.5.0 to 4.5.1 and tray icon is gone.
• Complete uninstall and fresh install of 4.5.1 and tray icon did not appear.
• Complete uninstall and fresh install of 4.4.4, tray icon is present. Upgrade to 4.5.1 and tray icon is gone.

In each case I can access Docker Desktop from the start menu shortcut, but it appears to be spawning a new instance every time I do that (Task Manager eventually shows many "Docker Desktop"s running if I run via the shortcut then close the window then repeat.
