Actual behavior
I have switched to Windows Containers, and was able to pull a Windows image from Docker Hub too.
Docker Desktop showed exception after an accident hard reboot. I tried reboot Windows again, but still bad. Uninstall Docker Desktop then install again, issue still.
Expected behavior
Are able to pull and run Windows image in docker.
