Description of problem

The CKEditor Config screen has 2 issues.
(well, probably more but this is what I'll fix ;-))

1. The Content sticks to the side which looks messy / confusing
2. The Toolbars head has a different size form the other heads although it's on the same level

Fix css ;-)
