Questions : difference between Uploaded and session_uploaded and Enhancement for already downloaded file. #1

Can you explain what's the difference between Uploaded and session_uploaded ? Uploaded was never use in the "sended informations" to the tracker.

Session_uploaded always equal to Uploaded when I restart the application. Is it correct?

If I use torrent file that I already downloaded, How can I set the downloaded information to 100% ?
