mshadow/mshadow/packet/sse-inl.h includes emmintrin.h which is not available in ARM

For a package that wanted to use mshadow (which wasn't mxnet), wouldn't they have to know to set USE_SSE in order to take advantage of SSE on platforms that support it? I would expect that platforms which support it should have it on by default. |
