Yes, I know. It's the last day, and nobody has time to look at it. Mediating factors:

  • It solves part of an accepted ticket
  • It's a port of code that has been running for months in our development environment
  • I'm not asking the patch to be accepted, just the feature. If there's any problem with the patch, there's plenty of time to fix it before the alpha.

Add support for Oracle, fix an issue with the repr of RawQuerySet,
add tests and documentations. Also added a 'supports_paramstyle_pyformat'
database feature, True by default, False for SQLite.
