Docs for #22295
Please do not merge until just before release, to provide the flexibility to release other minor changes before the next core release.In review, please can the GraphQL implementations specifically be looked at closely as I've made some assumptions in them.
This page of the API reference also does not include 'real world' populated examples as with other endpoints, as they will not feature in the new docs and weren't too useful.
