Description of the Change
This change removes all firebase compatibility dependencies and implements the modular style of firebase function calls.
Also page perfomance was improved, some role dependent functionality was hidden were not appropriate and some minor appearance issues were fixed.
Benefits
This allows to update all dependencies to their latest version again.
