Summary

Fixes npm publish warnings by using proper object format for bin field.

Problem

npm was auto-correcting the bin format during publish:

npm warn publish "bin" was converted to an object
npm warn publish "bin[efficient-gitlab-mcp-server]" script name was cleaned

Solution

Changed from shorthand:

"bin": "./dist/index.js"

To explicit object format:

"bin": {
  "efficient-gitlab-mcp-server": "./dist/index.js"
}
