fixes #8380
Changes to the settings dialog

  • Add a badge to the settings dialog certificate area that shows current key size for the certificate in use
  • Use the comboKeySize in the settings Dialog to set the key size of keys to be generated.
  • Remove unused updateTlsRegenerateButton method
