Sanity checks
Deskflow version info
DeskFlow Client 1.26.0
DeskFlow Server 1.25.0 or 1.26.0 (doesn't matter)
Brave Browser: Brave 1.87.188 (Official Build) (64-bit)/Chromium: 145.0.7632.76
Chrome on Linux Mint: Version 145.0.7632.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Build type
Community package (apt, dnf, brew, etc.)
Operating systems (OS)
Deskflow configuration
Windows 11 server, Linux Mint 22.3 clinet
Windows 11 has 3 monitors on the right. Linux has 1 monitor on the left
WIndows 11 has a static IP on network
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start Deskflow
- Open Browser (Chrome or Brave) - on client/Linux
- Open multiple tabs (doesn't matter what they are... can be blank)
- Hover mouse over tabs
- Scroll with scroll wheel up or down to change tabs
- On 1.25.0, it scrolls through each tab. On 1.26.0 it skips tabs
Log output
Additional information
When multiple tabs are open Brave (Chromium) allows tab switching via mouse wheel scroll. Hover mouse over the tab list, scroll down and switch to tab to the right, scroll up and goes tab to the left.
On v1.25.0 and under, scrolling either way will switch a single tab. Once upgrading to 1.26.0 (on both Windows and Linux Mint), scrolling now skips a tab... so instead of going to the next tab right/left, it skips one. I rolled the Windows back to 1.25.0 and no change. Rolled Linux Mint back to 1.25.0 and the issue was fixed. Updated windows back to 1.26.0 and the issue didn't come back. Note, the tab switching is being done on Linux mint (client).
Tried on Chrome on Linux Mint and saw the same issue: Version 145.0.7632.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
