What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Restart GUI many times

Expected: Window size always stays how I left it
Actual: Eventually, the window becomes the full screen height

Additional information

Kind of mysterious bug. I have no idea why this happens but I definitely am not setting the window height to the full screen height. Only seems to happen on GNOME and not KDE.
