Upgrading to 1.21.1.0 breaks configuration, refuses to use correct config file #8434

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start Deskflow
  2. Can't start server
  3. Can't save new configuration

Additional information

Problem persists with continuous build. Greeted with this screen on opening preferences:

Even when I set my server config as the correct one in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Deskflow, when restarting Deskflow, it reverts to no configuration.

I also can't start the server via the gui as I get this error every time:

When I check my process list, it appears the server is running via the service, and I can't stop it without stopping the service.

I have attempted to wipe the installation and reinstall the continuous version.
