docs: Add Accented project link to projects documentation - #4859

This PR adds a reference to the Accented project in the projects documentation list. The change maintains the existing numbered list format by adding Accented as a new entry.

The new entry 'Accented' breaks the alphabetical ordering of the project list. It should be placed before 'Sitebulb' to maintain alphabetical consistency with the rest of the list.
