This PR updates the
profile-controllerandkfam-apito their 1.8.0 versions.This allows us to remove the
ns-owner-access-istio--overrideAuthorizationPolicy in each Profile Namespace, as the upstream profile controller will now correctly create thens-owner-access-istioAuthorizationPolicy with source principals.Additionally, this change means these core components now have native ARM64 Docker images.
I also realised we were needlessly setting the UID/GID of the Pods to
0, when we can use the non-root65532for distroless images.
