Describe the bug
We are scanning a dotnet core application which built a handful of .dll files in the obj subfolder. When OWASP Dep Check runs, we see the following errors in the console and are unable to get around them:

Expected behavior
Expected to complete w/out errors, or provide more detail on the actual exception
