- adopted todo task preference parts from jcup eclipse-commons as own implementation for SQL keywords - added custom key word color preferences - integrated syntax highligting
- custom keys are now highlighted in outline in same way as "normal" keywords.
- added also colorCustomKeywords to dark.css
- pressing "perform defaults" did not update in UI but only in model which was irritating. fixed this. - added some initial default custom keywords for SQL-Server and also Oracle with dedicated tooltips. - But the custom keywords are disabled per default
