The problem

After years of generous usage, ngrok is changing to very limited usage for free users:

Solution/Plan

We need to

• Update docs to reflect this
• Update sharing blog
• Change our automated testing approach (we won't be able to use ngrok any more I don't think)
• Consider switching to cloudflared as default sharing provider
