In getting started page set dbfit download link to dbfit github releases (the old link was broken).

Hmm, perhaps yes - it's good to keep track of important links. Looking into the config - seems it would be better to define the url relative to BASE_PATH.

to use it for building links relative to repo

Done for all repo-related links on the site.
