…w changes Update golangci-lint from v1.64 to v2.1.6 and remove `.github/**` from paths-ignore to ensure CI runs when workflow files are changed. This ensures we can validate workflow changes through the CI process.
The `.golangci.yml` configuration file is no longer needed in the project. This removes the custom line length setting of 120 characters and the colored-line-number output format configuration.
