Adds support for generating IBAN numbers for Burundi, Djibouti, Falkland Islands, Honduras, Libya, Mongolia, Nicaragua, Oman, Russia, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen. Updates IBAN format for Finland Adds BBAN formats to source for easier comparison next time around
