[BUG]: file, abfss, gcs, and s3 init scripts are not scanned #954

Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing issues
Current Behavior
databricks.labs.ucx.assessment.clusters.CheckClusterMixin._get_init_script_data only looks at dbfs and WSFS init scripts
Expected Behavior
all init scripts are scanned
