Problem statement

We need to create cloud principals (MI/SPN/Roles) with access to cloud storage based on the mapping:

• [FEATURE]: Create/Amend mapping between storage prefixes and cloud principals #910

Requires:

1. [FEATURE]: Create cloud principals [AWS] #913
2. [FEATURE]: Create Cloud Principal [Azure] #914

Proposed Solution

Based on the mapping document, trigger a cloud specific command to create roles.
Allow the user to select how to create the role (Terraform/CLI) .
Provide the user the script/template for creating said roles.
