Problem statement

we need to have a way to validate which IAM roles have UC trust relationship with UC account for Databrcks. We provide a CLI command to create a mapping file, otherwise users will be able to create this mapping by hand in workspace UI as a CSV file.

Proposed Solution

create a CLI command that stores the mapping between the AWS IAM roles compatible with UC storage credentials and storage credential paths and make it uploadable by human users as CLI. and editable in the workspace UI. the logic should reuse the components introduced in #817, but with the distinction that we list all roles, that have UC-related policies already.
