Some customers have 30+ workspaces and leadership want an overall view of their readiness and current state rather than having 30 separate dashboards.
It would be great to have a way to:

1. aggregate the data
2. Report on the aggregated view

Required to be done in the CLI. It has to work with workspaces that don't have UC enabled yet.

• Make sure assessment was run on every workspace
• Query every workspace and database
• Aggregate all failures from $inventory.objects view
• Provide TopN failures
• Provide % readiness

Creating a dashboard is out of scope
