The identity team have introduced a new group rename api functionality. The proposal is to change the current approach of group migration (which was proposed in the absence of group rename functionality )

1. Perform inventory
2. create backup group
3. apply permission to back up group
4. delete workspace original group
5. add account group
6. apply permission to account group
7. delete backupgroup

to new approach

1. perform inventory
2. rename workspace group
3. add account group
4. apply permission to account group
5. delete renamed workspace group
