Problem statement

Migrating external tables requires the creation of external locations.
This issue is specific to AWS.

• List existing external locations
• List existing credentials with access pattern
• Based on the external location crawler, find missing external locations
• Create external locations if the required credential exists. If not, prompt for creating the credential.
