Variable declarations const token ... requires a block scope otherwise it is visible to the entire switch scope. Our eslint config prevents that.

If we want to cache them here, should we have an invalidation logic? Otherwise people won't be able to choose a profile after creating it (by manually editing the cfg file, or using the wizard and then logging out and in again).
Does listing profiles visibly slows down the wizard process? We might as well just not have the cache

The idea is to only have static "run" method as the only public interface here, so this cache is only active during the run. This makes sense because we do not want to keep reloading the profiles in the middle of the login dialogue flow.

Yes, I am seeing latencies as high as 5s.
