The Docker section is outdated:

• test should be deprecated; it is now handled by Github Actions
• datalab should be deprecated; datalab is/will be replaced by AI Platform Notebooks
• aiplatform and app (local Jupyter) should be revised or updated as necessary

Additional documentation should be provided on how to use these Docker images containing data-describe
