This makes failures in various assert_eq functions easier to debug,
because pytest will be able to introspect the failure and print the
arguments.

  • Tests added / passed
  • Passes black dask / flake8 dask

I have no idea why the Python 3.7 test is failing - could it be a spurious failure?
