Task:
Add DMT Governance Functionality into the Dash-QT application.

Add a new “Governance” tab in Dash-QT similar to the “Masternodes” tab in Dash-qt. 

This tab should list all active proposals with relevant information such as.

When you double click on the proposal, it should open a new window (like double clicking on Masternode in Masternodes tab) that includes the output of gobject get

There should be an option when you right click on a proposal to “Open Proposal Link” which opens the link in url field in DataString
