Can the checked-in dart sdk [1] please be bumped to a 3.2.0 version that comes with the new private field promotion feature enabled? We'd like to use the feature in the flutter engine with code that is executed with the checked-in SDK.

Version 3.2.0-145.0.dev or later would be preferred as it contains a fix [2] for private field promotion.
