Expected Behavior

I expected that the pipeline works well withouth flaky behavior.

Actual Behavior

When uninstalling dapr through dapr uninstall --all the containers are up when the dapr init command is executed:

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Execute the validate.yaml pipeline until to get the error.
