Scheduler e2e tests, includes:

  • updating the existing wf test to add scheduler -> this will come in a follow up PR since I think there is a bug that needs time to investigate
  • updating the existing reminder test to add scheduler
  • adds test & app logic for create/get/delete job for http
  • adds test & app logic for create/get/delete job for grpc

The http & grpc scheduler apps use the same test.
